If you wish to be removed from the BCG membership waiting list, we will delete your personal information upon request. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. BCG membership waiting list information is kept until you are allocated a plot or for up to 3 years since joining the waiting list, unless you request we delete it from our records. Other records are retained in accordance with our record-keeping obligations to funding bodies and for governance purposes.
